Customers wishing to seek disability access at Indiependence Music Festival are instructed to purchase any standard event ticket for however long you wish to attend. We then ask for you to complete our ” Access Requirement Form “to receive access to our Car parks, Campsite, viewing platforms etc… It is important that we are able to identify the people who genuinely need to use the facilities we provide and we will do our best to facilitate any requirements necessary.
Please fill in the form to gain access to the facilities we provide and email the form to Info@indiependencefestival.com marked with “Access”. You will then receive an email with confirmation of your request and details on directions to our car park and how to collect your passes for the weekend
- we cannot provide a ticket for your PA, please ensure they have a valid festival ticket.
- The festival site is a temporary structure, built generally on grassland, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy especially in bad weather conditions. On the weekend of the festival we will have our support team on-call all weekend for any assistance you may need
- Please note: You will not be able to receive access to our disability facilities if you do not register prior to the Festival

We will have a designated parking area right next to the site.
We will have a section of our campsite for people who decide to camp with us this year. This campsite will be close to our stage area and the any facilities you require.
The viewing platforms are for those who are unable to see the concert in any other way. This is most relevant to wheelchair users and those unable to stand for long periods. It is for this reason that we give all guests in this situation priority in accessing the platforms.
If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or prescription.
Please be advised that flicker, laser, strobe, LED and other lighting effects will be used during the performances.
Power points are available and are only for customers who need to charge medical equipment, a wheelchair or scooter.
